Obama stumbles in debate

ps door to door salesman
I make up my own mind
someone said just me
Obviously cnn and time agree with me
As I stated before DOMINANT front runners win, they trip up and come back to win. That's what we're seeing.

In his first answer of the night, and on a few other occasions, Obama brought his new, effective stump speech rhetoric to the debate format, skillfully weaving his positive message with stinging jabs of Clinton's credibility. Mostly, though, he was inconsistent, intellectually tentative and positively Clinton-esque on the issue of driver's licenses for illegal immigrants. His answer was so fundamentally evasive (meandering to his final declaration of support) it rendered his critique of Clinton as an obscuring waffler null and void, at least for this debate. Lost 60% of the gains he made with his strong speech at last weekend's Iowa Jefferson Jackson dinne

Yes, but he gained eleventy billion points after the speech at the J-J dinner!

Ugh. Who can write that kind of piffle? "Lost 60% of the gains he made . . ." What a crock of shit. I can't stand election writing. It's just making shit up, like slapping a number on fictional gains and losses, rather writing about the substance of the various candidates and their policy proposals. The debates just drive the narrative too by playing BS gotcha games instead of informing viewers.

The schoolgirl crush you have on Hill can be nauseating at times.

Careful what you wish for. She's not the answer, and you're not getting 8 more years of Clintonomics (at least, not 8 more years of BILL-Clintonomics).

You'll probably lose your shirt with her as Pres.

I'm way to smart to lose my shirt
for the 1,000 time I'm for the democratic party, she has the best chance
to get religion the fuck out of politics
rise the tide for boats outsite the yatch club (yeah that's were mine is)
begin to unwind the assinine war on drugs

Hummm.............

Well, then any of them would do. Except Paul or Kucinich.

I agree on the 'Dennis the Menace' Kuchi boy comment...I totally disagree with all of his policies...however he was the only Dem who actually stood his ground on all the issues he supports...very consistent!...Biden was a close second...the rest were just flippy floppers! imho

funny how ya snuck in the Ron Paul endorsement though....:cof1: is he a Liberal Demo in Drag?

Yes she does...........

After all she is a card carrying Marxist!

And, for the record, human rights do outweigh national security. If they don't then morality itself is right out the window.

I dunno, does anyone else get a bit angry whenever they see Jack Bauer on TV praised for torturing people and getting away with it? Even if all such situations were so fictionally clear-cut, it's still offensive to the senses of anyone but a barbarian.

My dad loves the show but I get disgusted watching it.
