yes we can take all your money and pretend as if everyone else is getting stuff for free, yes we can give every student a 4000 dollar tutition credit, yes we can trick stupid people into voting for change when what we are really talking about is the same liberal policies that have been talked about for years.

Our greatest asset in this country is our people.

Fear of them taking any investment that involves helping people take the next step in life and abusing it will destroy the countrys ability to rise to its full potential.

Most people are mostly good.

Most people want to do better.

Most people will seek a better life if they see a path to it.

Refusing to help ten people because one might not fully appreciate the help freezes us in fear.

He's been working very hard at looking and sounding just like Reagan. Just not saying the same thing.

So, the idea is to make people feel good about the USA again while promoting a different agenda, well in this case without really promoting the agenda (he has one, but in speeches generally sticks to the "change" message with no meat). So yeah. Really. It's what it means.
