Obamacare screws the young & healthy

Bush's SSI privatization would've left everyone's coffers empty.

And as I've pointed out, in the worst case scenario someone who "lost everything" due to poor management, would have only seen their monthly payments dip from about $850 a month to $800. It was such a small amount being discussed as a personal fund that the scare tactics applied by the left were hysterical to anyone with thinking mind.

Ten years later, the same lies are still lies.

What would you do about them?
Until we get rid of the incentive, (welfare) they have to go back home. I say let the churches, (especially the catholic church) and privet charities commit to footing 100% of the welfare bill and not the fed gov't and I won't care.

Putting the drug cartels out of business by ending the war on drugs would help stop some of the illegals fleeing the violence down south of the border.

Ever noticed how stingy liberals can be when you start talking about spending their money?

Typical white trash teabagger statement
Don't you get any good tax braks programmer

You sure are special dude. Your communication skills are without a dought a reminder of what grade school was like for a lot of people.

And what do tax breaks have to do with anything.

the young healthy millennials with an already poor job market and up to their eyes in student loan debt are being forced to give money to those that already have a lifetime of savings (or had the opportunity to procure said savings). We are being forced at gun point to pay for the most selfish generation - the old useless baby booming fucks who constantly wage war on the young so that they can have a surplus of viagra.

FUCKING DIE ALREADY.

What an incredibly stupid dullard post; no wonder your generation is so fucked up. I'm sure your fellow Gen Xers are proud you represent them so brilliantly.

Dimwit.

Teabaggers are astonishingly dumb on the tax code!

This is ironic coming from a race hustling dimwit who can never comprehend a thread topic.

I see you're still determined to remove all doubt what a dimwitted ass clown you are; congrats, you're succeeding.

Moron,

Reading the Dudes' latest thread title makes me wonder....what university (let alone high school) would grant a diploma to someone with those language skills?

Is Louisiana the 3rd or 4th worst-educated state in America?

So basically you, our resident trailer park financial wizard, accept the long-espoused liberal premise that when the government does not take something from you, the government has in fact given you something?

That: not taking = giving

???

He really is...that dumb.

And this conversation started when I pointed out that the Bush Social Security reform would have allowed a person to leave a small inheritance of "their money" when they died.

As opposed to the system keeping all of the money as it now does.

To you, this was "news."

Because you're ignorant.

It's really much worse than that Taft. When my father died, SS sent me a notice that in order for my mother to be entitled to additional SS as a surviving spouse, I would have to send them a check for the amount SS paid because, this is our Gubuhmint at its best, my father had the audacity to die at the end of the month.

SS payments cease the month you die. So if you get a check at the beginning of the month, then make the mistake of dying on the 31st, Uncle Sam will demand you pay it back, even in death. But not to worry; they still send you a whopping $250 death benefit.

It's an abomination of a ponzi scheme which, if a private company attempted to offer a similar retirement scheme, would result in arrest.

But the sheeple think it is a good idea and as is proven by time and efforts with Obamascare, the longer they are around, the more the sheeple become dependent on these programs the harder they become to reform or abandon.

It's painfully obvious that dimwit was a high sKooL dropout.

It appears that some of the hangups may be user related .. as some are shocked that they have to produce their credit scores to enroll.

Credit scores impact new Affordable Care Act insurance plans

Many people signing up for health care in Florida through the Affordable Care Act have been shocked when they have to give proof of their credit score before they finish the process.

Anne Packham, one of many people licensed by the state to help people navigate the government's website, said on Tuesday that the credit check occurs so providers can make an educated decision about who to insure.

"If someone is defaulting on all of their bills they may not want to have them as part of their health plan," said Packham, the lead Navigator in Florida.

Participants with low credit scores could end up paying higher premiums, according to Packham, who said that ultimately the insurance company makes the call.
