Shadow government? Uhhh no. How about a much more logical and simple explanation. Obama cashed in on the idea that young people and black people would be more likely to vote for him if he SAID he was for pot. Now that he is in office, like many politicians, he says fuck his voting blocs.

As someone who's worked for the government, and deals with the for everything, I can safely say it's not a shadow one. There are corporate interests, yes. That is not a shadow government.

Of course he wants to get re-elected. But his plan worked. Look at Top. He's voting for Obama no matter what. Therefore, his actual ACTIONS not matching his WORDS doesn't matter. Proles will prole.

He's talking about how inefficient, bureaucratic, and fragmented it is. It is an entity constantly at war with itself, where the name of the game is "get that budget" and "spend it."

Patient advocates and legal defense groups report that at least nine dispensaries have been raided, according to The Seattle Times. Ben Livingston of the patient advocacy group Cannabis Defense Coalition said he's spoken with several dispensary owners and defense attorney Aaron Pelley, who confirmed raids were occurring.
