Obooma!!

Minister of Truth

Practically Perfect

I heard it myself, the obnoxious sound of supersonic flight, as two F-15's, curteosy of Portland, blasted into Seattle yesterday afternoon to intercept a plane that had flown into restricted airspace while Obama was in town. I have to admit, it sounded as if Kim Jong-Il was pushing buttons. The highlight of my job in the Air Force, and I wasn't even there to watch the intercept go down on the scope. :cof1:

I got locked down at the 167th AFW in Coraopolis, PA for 4 hours cause I was working a job there that morning when the 911 attacks occured.

Another time I got locked down for 2 hours when I was doing a job at Rickenbacker when Bush flew into town.

But the one that really pissed me off was when I sat in a traffic jam for nearly two hours cause they shut down both interstates in Charlotte for VP Cheney's motorcade. He way on his was to a fund raiser. Grrrrrrrrr

I love it when I hear the Jets from Lukes Air Force Base fly over and they kick in those after burners, it sounds awesome.

That's what I was talking about in the thread about Obama in LA on Monday. I know these people need safety but f*ck an A do we really have to shut down cities for them?

especially given the armored tanks they drive the royalty (I mean political leaders) around in these days.
