Oh my Fucking God!

These are human beings.

Im glad you were reminded of that.

The question I have for you Desh is--should these human beings be given welfare--or oppertunity? Irresponsible globalization will not give them oppertunity IMO, and will probably lower most of Americans standard of living.

You may have to give a person a fish for them to live long enough for you to teach them to fish.
The problem is in the teaching. Nobody seems to care once they start giving away the fish. It seems that even suggesting workfare rather than welfare is anathema, then any suggestion towards removing them from the roles they begin to raise the bar that people would consider as a level to begin removing them from the roles.

This nation has gone off course again, the measure of compassion is not the number of those on welfare, but instead those we can move from welfare.

And this "Give a fish" crap is inane. If you look at the platform for the R Party, welfare is most certainly there. The reality is, the R party has no objection to giving away fish for a time.

If they really tried to pay that home payment they couldn't afford and therefore can't afford a deposit for an apartment then they are ultimately not very smart. Facing the inevitable is part of what makes somebody wiser. IF that is the case they won't be there long as their next paycheck would get them that deposit. Not only that it tends to show a misunderstanding of how foreclosure works. They had time to make plans. I seriously doubt any of these are people who have jobs and were recently foreclosed on.

Did LA recently go through a homeless cleanout? You know, like they are doing in Denver for the Democratic Convention?

My guess is those tents in SoCal ARE the former Denver homeless. Nothing like shipping them out to Cali.

That's pretty much a good guess....

Where else is there to go? And they aren't welcome here. Can't have the unwashed pooping in fountains when Democrats are around...

You'd learn how to fish really quickly if there was no safety net to fall back on.

A man who cannot rely on welfare will rapidly find as much employment as is required to survive.

May be---but why are they dropping out of FREE government school---weren't we trying to teach them how to fish there? I doubt there would be a high drop out rate in our inner cities if they knew we were not going to give them the basics of life as able bodied and able minded people. To me--this tent camp is irrevelent right now to me. I really have no idea who these people really are, or why they are there. But I do know we have a really high HS drop out rate in inner cities, espically with Black and Mexicans (who are pandered to heavily by liberials). I know why. At a young age, they see the pain their parents go through as lower middle class or poor. They feel the pain at a young age as the6y see 16 year old kids driving BMW's around here, and I have felt that pain ever since I started paying taxes. They feel held down and opressed---and we are. They just gave up before I did. I haven't given up yet, but it is easy to start a early retirement as a dependant. My choices are either be a slave to a nation of libs by working my azz off for everybody but me--or just give up--and become the burdon I hate. I can definatly see why people give up.

They dont have the money to do so.

People have exhausted every means to save their home.

You can say all you want they should have done this or they should have done that, They are still human beings and they were adding to our economy until very recently.

35 percent of american humans rent.

And can not save money for a down payment of a home.

You--fuckhead--have never lived from pay check to pay check like most Americans---have you? That is why you have fuck head opinions.

see---insults with substance that point out your idiocy.

your not nearly sharp enough---but you are certainly coward enough with a lippy computer key board.

if they don't have money to rent they certainly don't belong trying to own a home.
you two bleeding hearts should have taken at least one business or economics class.
Then you wouldn't look like and ass on a daily basis.

Top you just refuse to get it huh?

There are more than 350 people who have lost a home in the inland empire to the current conditions.

These people are the ones in the deepest shit. They lost jobs , got sick and could not work, got divorced, had a spouse die or any combination of these things.

Some could be renters who had to move out because the owner lost the house to the bank.

You just want it simple so you can understand it and blame the little guy.

Dude--I am no bleading heart unless somebody is getting screwed for other peoples gains. I totally support the best public education in the world---but we don't have that for obvious reasons. And it is not "they" you elited fuck seperatalist---it is "WE THE PEOPLE"

When you understand that "These people"---our people!! US!!!--get taxed so much they can't save money with jobs that are disappearing and paying less (because of the elite screwing them), you will relaize why they can't afford to buy a home and help build wealth.

I can tell you had a silver spoon up your butt for your life, and never faced those challenges that "WE" the majoreity--face. Therefore---your not qualified to understand their challenges.

Please tell me how you make your money---and we will all know why you have some elitist view points. I am not supporting welfare of any kind--and I never will. I feel it is the duty of every individual to be the best they can be---but most are being held down and raped IMO.

I blame it on the fact that we are pretty much forced to elect these elite rich cock suckers who would rather bleed people dry for their elite friends than offer incentive all to be the best they we all could be.

I got lucky, and bought a home when they were giving out loans with almost no money or no money down. Those days are gone now---or I would still be renting.
New home sales have dramitacally dropped also--and it is not because people choose to rent.

dude I worked my way through college and got two degrees.
I went to shitty public high schools and then college.
your clueless about economics

there's this brand new alternative to houses you cant afford.
IT'S CALLED RENTING AN APARTMENT
That's my point. In order to get where these people are far more than foreclosure happened. It is doubtful that people who have been foreclosed on make even a significant percentage of that group. Foreclosure takes months to go through and during that time you can apply, put down a deposit, and get into an apartment all before any credit changes come onto your credit report. Even afterward if you can make the deposit you can still get an apartment, cheaper than any mortgage you had before.

And Desh, talking about different reasons why they are there is most certainly not denying it. That is what is called disingenuous strawman-building inanity based on what you want to believe about others, not based on what was typed. From what I read nobody here said that they weren't there. They just said that they weren't there for the reason you assign.
