Oh Noes! Zimbabwe Schools Raise Tuition Fees Despite Presidential Ban

With children in inflation-ridden Zimbabwe heading back to school this week, private and mission schools have boosted their fees by as much as 300% despite an order from President Robert Mugabe last week barring any unauthorized increases.

Dear Resident Libertarians,
Help me out. I'm confused as to where I should focus my faux-rage.

1) On the one hand Mugabe barred unauthorized increases
2) On the other they are raising fees by up to 300%

What to do what to do.....
 
If liberals had their way, America would be exactly like Zimbabwe. Liberals all voted for Mugabe as a write-in. They love him. Some of them, the more gay ones, keep posters of him on their walls. That would be your Cipisses and your Loris, you know, that type.
 
What's more is I don't see any liberals outraged over this stalin-like behaviour. They must love Mugabe. He's their hero.

Good, good stuff. Excellent contribution to the board. Do you have anything on the environmental policies of the Dominican Republic Department of Forestry?

No but if you're patient perhaps I could dig up something on Lichenstein's Litter Policy. And when I do you perhaps you can explain to me why you're not enraged about the fascism they're forcing on their people?

That would be sweet! It would be an excellent example of out of control european socialism, and why trash collection should be left to the free market, to individuals, or to charity.

Right. Because when people see how much trash is being thown about, the free markets will correct the problem.

So, tell us are you 'outraged' about Mugabe's ban on raising tuition fees? I mean it does include public and private schools. Surely that must evoke something.

Maybe you should re-think that Libertarian label you carry around with you.

Libertarians think that we should let other countries mind their own affairs, unless there's a national security threat to us, or unless there is some egregious human rights issue or genocide we need to be directly concerned about
