A public community college in California has set up a scholarship fund for immigrant students — including illegal immigrants. The $2,500 scholarship has sparked anger by some, including at least one lawmaker who is threatening to cut off federal funding to the school.

Its wonderful...just fuckin' wonderful....Poor US citizens that have to pay for their tuition or just not go to college must just love this....
And I hope they are all Democrats....they can be so proud of their charitable attitude, giving these illegals the opportunity of a college education by sacrificing their own children s future....what could be more giving than putting the children of illegals before your own children.....God bless 'em....I'm really teared up with joy....

It’s always enlightening (and frankly, side-splittingly comical) to see a NeoCon who proudly and eagerly aided, abetted, and cheerled hundreds of thousands of people to their untimely deaths, by shilling for an unnecessary and illegal war of aggression…..and yet said Neocon will screech like a Banshee about the slightest possibility that some 17 year old kid of undocumented workers might apply for a college scholarship.

Cheers, Bravo. Scholarship-gate is an issue of immense national importance.

Facts, from Bravo’s own link:

-The scholarship is set up with private funds. It won’t cost the high school dropout Bravo a freakin' dime.

-The scholarship is set up to honor the unfortunate accidental death of an undocumented Asian immigrant who was a PhD student at Brown University, who was an activist for the DREAM act. She probably would have made a fine American citizen. A doctoral graduate from Brown University. Someone who would in all probability contribute more to this country than Bravo ever has.

-Any immigrant who applies for the private scholarship must demonstrate they are working towards becoming an American citizen.

Bravo, we realize you are an embittered old man, who never went to college. And I can easily picture you as the cranky old man, yelling on your lawn about college punks. But there’s bigger fish to fry than this crap. Don’t you have another illegal war to start, and more people to kill?

What the article failed to state, she was killed in a car accident when she was hit by a drunk driver, who was an illegal.
