May suggestion to all Teachers across America, STOP Supporting your Students out of your own Pay. The Republicans started budgeting for this decades ago with State and Local Government started counting on them to Subsidize Schools and now the Chickens have come home to Roost.

Fuck that ... I know it's hard for dedicated Teacher to do, but they need to STOP.

Did she say why she decided against teaching?
Teachers don't mind putting their students first...that won't ever stop...
But do share...this Republican budgeting plot that forces teachers to subsidize schools...

No, but I'm assuming she saw a better future in Nursing ...

She has an Associate Degree in Education, so she can always go back if she wants.

Ok... I was hoping she didn't have a bad early teaching experience and think "I can't do this for 30 years"....
Congratulations to her on her upcoming graduation..I hope she loves nursing...

Good for her. She doesn't have to give up teaching though. Please tell her that America's schools of nursing are in dire need of good instructors. Most require a masters, but her employer will help cover the tuition costs for that. And pls tell her congratulations as well!

It's not a problem, though. I'm a retired teacher. You are the only two claiming that I am not. It's on you to back up what you post;)
(Considering that I am a retired teacher, that's going to basically be...let's see..
