Olbermann Suspended for being a HACK LIBERAL!

Are you that message board retarded that you really don't know that blue signifies a hyperlink?

As to your whine-:clink:

Yes, a http prefix or an underlined passage.

But now that I know you are a haughty narcissist bitch, I will begin hovering over every one of your childish little comments...OK?

BTW, the proper phrase would be 'Are you that message board retard' but stupid me should have hovered over the 'ed', it might have a secret link to Beck's pot of Gold.

I can Google several pages looking at articles and the hyperlinks within those articles are blue with no underline and or no http prefix...honest :fu:

As to your resorting to the barrel of the message board desperate and talking about grammar; using retarded as a plural noun was totally acceptable.

Get a grip dude-you missed the links because you're a message board retard who is acting message board retarded (proper usage here too) You can continue to make attempts at deflecting your mistake or you can put on your big boy pants and move on ;)

I only neg repped you for fun I didn't mean anything personal by it. I'll pos rep you too if you want? Ahhh heck I'll just do it. BTW you can just ask Grind to max you out in rep.

ID is famous as the poster who changed her post after getting caught in a lie, and then lied about that, too.

Just ignore her snide asides.

I can't claim to be a 'liberal" but from my experience of Fox News i can understand why people would complain about it, as it seems to consist mainly of hyperbolic statements about Communists in America and adverts for books the staff have written.

Before anyone chimes in about MSNBC, i haven't seen any of that. I've watched CNN for a few minutes but that was so bad i chose life rather than slash my own wrists.

Anyway, to get back to the point, i assume people whine about Fox because it is basically a propaganda machine devoted, seemingly entirely, to the expansion of stupidity.

IOW...you watched it one time and then allowed others to form your opinion of fox news for you

You posted a few words. I thought they were comments. I don't know what color you choose for your posts. It is easy to spot a link in an article that is not underlined when the link is in a different color. On a few other sites I post on, links are automatically underlined, but this site does not.

BTW, thank you for the rep. I welcome any and all challenges to my opinions and beliefs. But I consider neg reps a cowardly act. Confront me to my face, and let everyone see what you have to say, and let them see my responses, then let the cards fall where they may. I'm a grown man whose raised his brother and sister, then my own family. I didn't just fall off the back of a turnip truck. I can articulate my beliefs, back them up with evidence and explain in depth why I carry those beliefs. I've seen some major changes in my country, and many of them concern me deeply. I am a JFK/Kennedy liberal and I know what America was like when liberals were in power. And I've seen how the conservative revolution has dismantled much of what made America the envy of the world, the 'city upon the hill' and now invites the fate of Robert Frost's hired man; the fate of having "nothing to look backward to with pride, and nothing to look forward to with hope"

Neg reps should never be taken seriously. As to why you are where you are on the ideological spectrum...just remember everyone on both sides have very similar rationale for where they have landed.

JFK was as conservative a democrat as the 20th century ever had. He would be a total reject of the democrat party today imo. Hang onto him he's the only decent democrat that your party had who held the office of president.

Then 'everyone' should be willing and able to enter the 'arena' and articulate those beliefs and not hide behind their mommy's leg and just throw stones.

I know Jack Kennedy very well, he was a liberal. He was liberal as Bobby became and Ted articulated his whole life. Jack was Ted's idol, and Ted's political life was dedicated to carry on for his fallen brothers and what they stood for and what was most important to them.

The truth is the party that has changed the most is the Republican party and the conservative movement. It has been hijacked by authoritarians. Do I need to remind you that it was only last summer that the GOP was talking about a 'purity test'?

What's ironic and truly eerie...the conservative movement and the Republican party platform has become the agenda of these far right wing fanatics that circulated this gruesome flier on November 21, 1963...in Dallas, Texas...

What do our opponents mean when they apply to us the label "Liberal?" If by "Liberal" they mean, as they want people to believe, someone who is soft in his policies abroad, who is against local government, and who is unconcerned with the taxpayer's dollar, then the record of this party and its members demonstrate that we are not that kind of "Liberal." But if by a "Liberal" they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people -- their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties -- someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a "Liberal," then I'm proud to say I'm a "Liberal."

Fine have it your way- Kennedy was a liberal...he was not a progressive nanny state liberal. He would not have banned Happy Meal toys.

Look at that fucking flier.

Their tactics have not changed one fucking bit.

What's most disturbing; it is where we've ended up.

When our 35th President was assassinated, he was on his way to the Dallas Trade Mart.

Here is how he was to close his speech there...

We in this country, in this generation, are--by destiny rather than choice--the watchmen on the walls of world freedom. We ask, therefore, that we may be worthy of our power and responsibility, that we may exercise our strength with wisdom and restraint, and that we may achieve in our time and for all time the ancient vision of "peace on earth, good will toward men." That must always be our goal, and the righteousness of our cause must always underlie our strength. For as was written long ago: "except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain."

The speech never delivered...

Remarks Prepared for Delivery at the Trade Mart in Dallas

President John F. Kennedy
November 22, 1963

Hannity is an anchor

See, the thing is, Sean Hannity and Neal Cavuto are not news anchors, they are pundits. There is a different standard.

The New York Times called Hannity a "news anchor" on November 7 2010. Why do you believe the New York Times to be wrong? What do you consider to be the difference?

I feel the same way, when I watch MSNBC it is to find out what the conservatives are complaining about, although a few of the new shows have caught my attention. I still watch American BBC for news are read different sources online. I do go and read blogs and commentary online, I can't lie!

That says more about the New York Times than it does about Hannity. Hannity is not a "news anchor"...
