I see you are completely ignorant of the appeals process. Trump's appeal of the Jan 2024 verdict in the E Jean Carroll suit is still ongoing over two years later. That is pretty standard for almost all appeals.

The appeals process is not being slow walked. It is the standard process to take years for appeals. But thanks for showing us how ignorant you are of the evidence and the law.

Tell us the NY statute of limitations for a felony. Then tell us when Trump committed the act and the date he was indicted. When you can tell us that it was outside the felony statute of limitations we can continue this conversation. The jury returned a guilty verdict on 34 felonies. Trump signed the checks, nobody denies that. But signing a check is not the crime, dipshit. The crime they invented was turning a dead misdemeanor into 34 brand-new felonies using a legal theory so twisted and novel that it has never been done before in the history of the United States, never, ever, ever, dumbass, lol.

Here's the part your tiny brain keeps dodging: the base crime, falsifying business records, is a misdemeanor with a two-year statute of limitations. That clock ran out years ago. So, they cooked up this bullshit elevation to a felony by claiming it was done to conceal 'another crime.' They gave the jury three vague options to pick from and said you do not even have to agree on which one. Pure multiple-choice justice. Mr. Simpleton.

That's exactly why this conviction is getting torched on appeal. You cannot just wave a magic wand, ignore the misdemeanor statute of limitations, stack paper after paper into separate felonies, and call it legitimate. No other case in United States history has pulled this stunt, never, ever, ever. I have to say US history because I'm sure plenty of authoritarian regimes have done similar things in show trials.

Trump is a 'convicted felon' on paper right now because a rigged Manhattan courtroom bent every rule to make it happen. But that label is as fake as the rest of the shit you swallow daily, and it will not survive.
