I am sure this woman did not understand what I am about to mention but:

It is true that Europe is starting to develop more cherastics of a single nation than it used to, especally with the advent of the EU. Last time I was in Europe most nations flew the flag of the EU over there own nations flag, they have a unified currency (for the most part) and you dont need a passport to travel between many of the European nations. Sure they have there own army's and strong national identities and languages but they are starting to develop a strong national government much like that of the United States.

In some ways Europe is turning into a nation of its own, with the many states.

That's the benefit of that good old fashioned southern conservative education system. I bet they teach creationism in her school too just as an alternative to facts.

Europe is talked about in our culture as if it were a nation much more so than other contenents are.
 
This is the south. This is why people like BB think women are stupid and selfish. He then insults intteligent women like Darla and Tia because they dot fit his world view.

This girl is not stupid she in uneducated. She was brought up in a culture which does not value her for what she knows or thinks. Her culture valued her for her pretty teeth, blonde hair and boobs. Thus she learned to look good instead of learning to value information and intelluctual curiousity. Sure sounds like the Bush doctrine to me.
