On Boycotts

LOL Bravo's a regular surfer of Beck's site. Pathetic but funny

the false outrage on the left is a huge pile of shit on whole foods, they will and are eating thier own.

He's surprised Beck didn't tell him that he's being dumped by several corporations.

Like 'em or not, boycotts are the most effective method of change in America, the land where money is God.

What is the hoped for outcome of the Whole Foods boycott? My understanding is the CEO wrote an op-ed against Obamacare. Do they want him to apologize or write another op-ed stating he is for it? Or do boycotters really want Whole Foods to shut down it's existence based on this op-ed? Or do they just want the CEO to step down?

Apparently the libs thought Whole Foods was a socialist enterprise and are disappointed to find out that its not and they've been paying a premium to a corporation that had them all fooled. LOL

What in the hell has happened over the past two weeks such that "liberals" are boycotting Whole Foods and praising Wal-Mart while "conservatives" are boycotting Wal-Mart and pledging to buy all of their groceries from Whole Foods?

I wouldn't have bet your rent money on that happening. What's next?

I heard the dude who owns Whole Foods is a rightwing freak job.

Most hippies and tree huggers around here shop at Trader Joe's. Or the local farmer's market. But who knows, really, who owns these companies.

PS: Best grocery store name in history: Piggly-Wiggly.

We have our local overpriced "hippy market" here and I know the owner. He's a solid conservative who knows how to take advantage of fools.

Another embarrassed rightwing republican who feels compelled to keep his extremist views hidden in the closet?

Will wonders never cease!!??

What's the deal with Whole Foods? (As a matter of fact I was just in one about 5 minutes ago). Their mantra is organic food, be good to the environment, be good to workers etc. but I've heard a couple progressive people say they feel Whole Foods is too corporate. It sure doesn't feel corporate when you're in one but is it something management has done?

It feels corporate when I'm in one and pick up a small jar of jalapeno stuffed olives for $8.50.

$8.50 for a 6oz jar of olives??

Whole Foods could at least kiss me first...

Me, keep my views hidden? LOL

You're just pissed because you got sucked in and paid more for the same shit-different packaging. LOL

Whole Foods I understand... their CEO dared to question the healthcare plan of Saint Obama.

Had not heard of the WalMart boycott... what happened there?

Walmart endorsed the plan, becoming the 'pharmacy' of plan. LOL! Irony knows no bounds.
