This man, at one time, headed up the state Meth Task Force, was Sheriff of the Year, held a security position in Cherry Creek schools and is apparently in the closet as well as HIV positive (according to some reports)...
In an ironic turn... He's in a jail named after him. They've just raised his bond to $500,000...

Sullivan is one of America's most decorated law enforcement officers and was named national Sheriff of the Year in 2001. He served as the Arapahoe County Sheriff, in southern Denver, from 1984 until his retirement in 2002 and was appointed to the National Commission on Crime Prevention and Control by then President Bill Clinton in 1995.
