One year ago today, God spared President Donald J. Trump’s life. Thank you Jesus!

Don't people appreciate things more when they actually work for them? As opposed to just being handed something?

Geez talking to you is clearly a challenge. 64% (that's more than half, just in case "math" wasn't the subject you taught) of Medicaid recipients already work. Many who are on Medicaid CAN'T WORK.

What more do you want from them?

Do you need people to suffer to "earn" your largesse?

You got MY MONEY and I didn't have a say. Why are YOU SO SPECIAL?

it's still a woman.

There's nothing wrong with the work requirement...You still haven't given a reason why people shouldn't be working if they are receiving benefits...
Many can work...who are not right now...They'll be so much happier to be productive...
Many high schools have added work requirements for graduation...best addition ever...

It's hard to believe that anyone has a problem with the work for benefits requirement...unless you're a person who's never worked before...and doesn't want to start now... Don't take my word for it...just google...;) "Here's how working for something better can benefit you:
Financial Stability and Security: A good job provides a consistent income, benefits like health insurance and retirement plans, and potentially opportunities for career progression, according to a user on Quora. This can lead to a more comfortable life and enable you to pursue other interests or hobbies.
Personal and Professional Growth: Work, particularly in a supportive environment, presents challenges that can foster personal and professional development. You learn new skills, problem-solve, and overcome obstacles, leading to increased self-awareness and self-worth.
Sense of Purpose and Meaning: Working for a company that aligns with your values or where you feel valued and can make a positive impact can provide a sense of purpose and meaning to your life.
Improved Health and Well-being: Good work environments are shown to improve health and wellbeing by reducing stress and improving productivity. A fulfilling job can reduce stress and increase life satisfaction. A positive work environment with supportive colleagues and management can further enhance your overall well-being.
Social Connection and Support: Work can provide a sense of community and opportunities for building friendships, particularly for individuals who struggle to establish and maintain relationships, says Aktion Club. Collaboration and teamwork can lead to greater efficiency and productivity, while also providing a support system during challenging times.
Reduced Stress and Anxiety: A stable job with a positive company culture can provide a sense of security and reduce stress and anxiety associated with financial instability or job searching.
Essentially, working for something better means finding a job that not only provides financial stability but also offers opportunities for personal and professional growth, fosters a sense of purpose and meaning, and contributes to your overall well-being. "

Oh my god, are you really this dense IRL?

I said that currently the majority (a large majority) work and get benefits. What more do you want? Remember: not all people who are disabled are able to work.

Many can work...who are not right now

And you know this how?

...They'll be so much happier to be productive...

I want you to one day need help and have people like you putting limits on it so you can't get the help you need. I honestly and earnestly hope for that for you one day.

And trust me when I say that day when you are in need WILL come. Yes, and on that day I hope you get what you give.

Many high schools have added work requirements for graduation...best addition ever...

That's stupid.

It's hard to believe you still don't understand what is being said to you.

Chalk that up as "evidence" of your "teaching" degree I guess.

You're entitled to your opinion...
People who are truly disabled will be exempt...but you might be surprised to learn about what disabled people...developmentally and physically handicapped...are capable of...
Do some research...Their accomplishments will make you smile...

Again...you're entitled to your opinion...
You'll have to let me know how what I posted is "evidence" of my "teaching" degree (C/O '77)
What does your "77" rep?
(I certainly hope I get what I gave...and continue to give, btw...;))
