Opinion - Trump’s revolution will end badly — for himself, and for America

Actually, 5 deferments and then a medical exemption

Biden didn't do bone spurs. He claimed he had asthma as a teen even as he played high school football and worked as a life guard...
So you're saying that you criticize Trump for dodging the draft?

It seems that you are confused about your position.

No, he made it up all by himself from what I can tell. Maybe he plagiarized another draftee's answer...?
Did Biden have asthma?
Yes, Joe Biden has spoken publicly about having asthma as a child. He mentioned it during his 2020 presidential campaign, noting that it was one of the reasons he received a medical deferment from the Vietnam War draft. Specifically, he was classified 4-F (unfit for military service) due to asthma and other health issues, like allergies, during his physical examination in 1968. While it’s not a widely discussed aspect of his life, he has referenced it in the context of his health history.

No, I'm saying Biden was a draft dodger. Clinton was the most egregious draft dodger. Trump was a draft dodger. What's really funny is if all three hadn't dodged the draft, they'd have likely spent two years in the US or Europe doing office paperwork and then would have been discharged honorably.

Like I said, he likely made it up.

Biden has asthma.
Clinton received student deferment.

Glad that you are criticizing Trump. Do less with whataboutism

Biden claimed to have asthma and allergies, same as Trump claiming bone spurs. Clinton joined ROTC to get a deferment then quit the minute he got it.

Biden and Trump's doctor...

That's your opinion.

Criticisms against Biden and Clinton have been done to death. It needs to be put to rest.
I am saying all three likely dodged the draft. Two chose to use medical issues (common and maybe or maybe not actually true conditions). Clinton actively dodged the draft by signing up for ROTC to get a deferment then quitting once he had it.

On the whole, about one in three people drafted are deemed unsuitable for military service and rejected. That's been true since at least the Spanish-American war. Since WW 1, the highest rejection rates are about 50% and come from draftees who live in large urban areas or the deep South. The top three reasons for rejection are (in no particular order) medical issues, mental incompetence, and having a criminal record.

They didn't make up an injury.

Hard to believe dodging the draft in the Vietnam era is an issue for anyone.
Especially considering we were the bad guys in an injust war.
