Second, Stop allocating funds according to neighborhoods. Education should be ran on a federal level. Money should be allocated evenly for every student and every school. This, by, extension is the same as the racist states rights excuse for exclusion.

Funding is by district...the way it should be...

First question still makes no sense...We're here to discuss our educational system. I dont know anyone involved who doesn't want the best possible education for everyone....
You'll have to give me examples of this inequality you claim....

This isn't the 1800's or 1950's anymore. Yes, the Democratic Party of the Jackass prefers blacks to remain uneducated, dependent on them and dumb. But they no longer have to be. They have the same opportunities anyone else has to become educated; perhaps more so.

What is preventing you from going back to that black utopia Africa? Why stay in this horrible place called AmeriKa?

Very true...But I have had many single mother students from single parent homes...aa few, but very few, dropouts...
I've never seen such unreasonable anger, bitterness, blame from anyone, come to think of it...Odd...I have seen kids and adults coached to say such thing...but the act usually falls apart after a bit....
