For months, I have heard the left talk about the need to "pack" the Supreme Court. Quick poll after yesterdays results. How do you feel about President Trump and a GOP Senate packing the Supreme Court with more Justice Thomas'?

It's a moot point. We'll have a hard-right court for at least a generation, maybe more. They don't need to pack it.

We have a SCOTUS that is completely out of step with the American center.

Well, I am hoping that Justices Thomas and Alito take the opportunity to retire so that Trump can fill their position with younger blood from the bench he loaded in his first term. This is very satisfying.

Now if one of the three liberals would retire and make it 7-2 that would be SWEET!!!!!

I'm not sure.
Our uneducated majority just chose fascism.
That's the new American center from all indications.

There's a reason why the nation with the world's biggest economy AND the world's most powerful military
can still manage to not be great.

No guaranteed healthcare.
No affordable education.
No women's rights.
Racism.
Xenophobia.
Theocracy
The top 1% having almost all the money.

There's not a strong enough military in the world to make that a great nation.
And soon that military will be alone with no allies.

They have little understanding, that majority, what the SCOTUS does or what it has done, ask any of them, actually, most of the MAGA who monopolize this forum what Citizens United has bought us and they’d be clueless, they just know what paid shills as Jonathan Turley tells them
