If I write an article and it gets linked to a bunch of different sites do you think my article would change based on whose site it is?

Well of course they do!Out of curiosity do rational people read or watch MSNBC?
Well of course they do!
I guess you see what you wish to see, if I had put Nancy Pelosi's name instead of Palin, people would be screaming "Death Penalty"
I just know what using someone's computer without permission is against the laws or it use to be or should be.
An AP article is an AP article regardless of which site you get it from. I read huffpo too, but I would never say they were the equivalent to the Associated Press.I heard it on the radio first and knew people would need a reference and yes, I find Huffington much more enlightening than Fox, I know you love the Fox...and that baffles me because you SEEM intelligent enough! and we know how not bright their readers are!

It is the same regardless. Files stored on an employer's computer belong to the employer. And yes, in owning the machine they own the work stored on it - after all, they paid the person for the time they spend creating those files. Ownership also gives access at any time.I don't know if private industry works different than government but at my old company the company had access to everything in your computer at ant time. Just the way it was.
