Donald Trump tried for years to purchase the Mara Lago property, and most potential buyers didn't like the rules of ownership, so the price fell tremendously.

Trump bought the property cheap, because of that, BUT HE SIGNED THE CONTRACT KNOWING THE ZONING RULES OF OWNERSHIP.

Naturally, Trump don't follow any rules, as he believes rules are for everyone but him. So, he is up a creek without a paddle now in Mara Lago.

He'll have to find him a new place to SHITSTAIN and call home.

Do you think Trump will allow the headlines to not be about him? He is like a precocious child who keeps saying 'look at me".

He won't have any choice in the matter.

He'll have to use increasingly bizarre tweets and claims to get attention. That will work for only his most ardent followers, but others will finally have other news to occupy their thoughts.

Once Trump is no longer president, then what he says won't matter as much and he won't be given as much attention.

He will finally drop out of the news cycle unless he comes up with really brash stuff. He'll have a challenge on his hands in that because the world is really tired of his antics.

The whole world now has Trump fatigue.

We are ready to move on.

He has been interesting, to say the least, but most have had their fill of him.

The world wants to be done with the pandemic and done with Trump.

what rules does he break there?

So far, none! But the property exists in zoning that does not allow permanent residences.

He has announced he will retreat there and use the property as his homestead- WHICH IS IN VIOLATION OF THE ZONING RESTRICTION!

He’ll use some of the “Steal the Election” money to try to litigate his way out of it! Trumpublicans will fund Trump the billionaires legal battles!

I figure the State Comptrollers are after him in Florida- Just like in NEW YORK!

If not at the moment, they soon will be! He'll probably end up paying huge fines in order to keep the county from putting a Tax Lien on the property.
