Papal front runners. If the Black guy becomes the next pope, white Republicans will scream DEI till their buttholes explode

The Catholic Church made the correct choices when assembling the Bible because of God's guidance protecting his Word. God has always used man to accomplish his will . Many times those men were evil men.
Many of the early apostolic fathers, clergy, and lay believers chose death, torture, crucifixion, and oppression rather than betray their faith in Christ and in the truth of revelation.

It's interesting that you insinuate they are evil.
How much have you sacrificed for your faith?

And one true Church. If you look everyone , save one, has at least one false teaching of the Catholic Church in it. Virtually all of the protestant churches have splintered out of the Catholic Church and took with them false doctrine from the Catholic Church. The Bible is the one infallible guide for Christians. If your denomination is teaching something counter to the Bible then you need to pray for God's help in finding the correct one.

There is no "correct" or "incorrect."

People's beliefs are personal, and there are many sources beyond the Bible at this point. Whatever works for someone is the correct choice for them.

I never said they were ALL evil. The very church that YOU defend murdered people who chose death instead of betraying their faith in Christ. You can't possibly defend the inquisition can you?

Are you just messing with him, Ross? LOL

I never called my father "father" either. Always "Dad". Same for "Mom", never "mother". It's a cultural thing. Some cultures say "Poppa" or "Mama". One of my male relatives was raised Catholic and he called his father "Father" and mother "Mother".
Most people when referring to their maternal parent say, "My mother..."...and when referring to their paternal parent say, "My father."

It still is a referral.

The "they call priests 'father'" is way out on the edge.

That GOD of the Bible certainly teaches hatred of other religions. Teaches that people who do not worship him...should be killed, in fact.
Only in the OT. The NT doesn't, AFAIK. At least not in the Gospels. TBH, I'm not a big fan of the books after the first four. Especially the last one. LOL

In that case, many do including me, although I sometimes use "dad" or "mom".

Still, calling a male parent "Father", "Poppa" or "Dad" is cultural.

You are entitled to your opinion. Even if you are wrong.

There is only ONE way to correctly interpret God's word. He knows what he meant. It is up to us to study and pray to find out what he means. If your Church is teaching something that is counter to the Bible it is time to find a new church.

You have to show where I e is false yet.

Actually...it is in the New Testament...and in the Gospels.

Here:

"Do not think that I have come to abolish the law and the prophets. I have come, not to abolish them, but to fulfill them. Of this much I assure you; UNTIL HEAVEN AND EARTH PASS AWAY, not the smallest letter of the law, not the smallest part of a letter shall be done away with until it all comes true."

Matthew 5:17ff

There is a sabbath in the Catholic Church what are you talking about
Christ was a Jew and HE observed the 7th day of the week not the 1st day of the week. His own mother observed the 7th day after his death. The Jews have continued to observe the same day of the week that Christ observed until today. Paul 's observance on the Sabbath was documented more than 70 times in the NT.

Here are what some various languages call Saturday.

Arabic: Sabet
Armenian: Shabat
Bosnian: Subota
Bulgarian: Sabota
Corsican: Sàbatu
Croatian: Subota
Czech: Sobota
Georgian: Sabati
Greek: Savvato
Hebrew: Shabbat
Hungarian: Szombat
Indonesian: Sabtu
Italian: Sabato
Latin: Sabbatum
Maltese: is-Sibt
Polish: Sobota
Portuguese: Sábado
Romanian: Sambata
Russian: Subbota
Serbian: Subota
Slovak: Sobota
Slovene: Sobota
Somali: Sabti
Spanish: Sabado
Sudanese: Saptu
Ukranian: Subota

Catholics observe the day of the Sun not the Sabbath. In fact they claim changing the day is a mark of their authority over God's law.

Reverend Steven Keenan’s Doctrinal Catechism we read this: “Question: Have you any other way of proving that the Church has power to institute festivals of precept? Answer: Had she not such power, she could not have done that in which all modern religionists agree with her; she could not have substituted the observance of Sunday, the first day of the week, for the observance of Saturday, the seventh day; a change for which there is no Scriptural authority.”

Saturday is the Sabbath of the 4th Commandment not Sunday.

Forgiveness of sin is quite biblical. The ten commandments didn't change
What about a sinner who doesn't repent and willfully keeps on breaking the Ten Commandments? Should you worship him or condemn him?

Finally something that we can agree on Frank.
Exodus 20:
3 “You shall have no other gods before Me.
4 “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 5 you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, 6 but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
7 “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
8 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. 11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

No he gave them the power to teach the Gospel that will lead to the forgiveness of sin . Only God can forgive sin
That is not correct. Do you really need the citations? God is the only one that forgives sins but it's though those with the authority to do so.
