Pardons that should happen...

Anyone ever convicted for Marijuana possession, use or distribution.

I do not like the stuff myself, but the fact that it was ever illegal is stupid.
It was an attempt to bully to populace to make them productive for the wealthy.


All Death Penalty sentences should be commuted to Life in Prison.

A worse punishment in my opinion and who is the government to decide life and death issues?

I thought he’d already pardoned all non violent federal marijuana crimes. He can’t do state crimes.

I agree with commuted death sentences.

I think he should protect Dr. Fauci.

I had a friend that was murdered by a large scale dealer.

I prefer he not pardon Fauci, he is so innocent, let them try to come after him.

I disagree. Personal use, sure. Growing a few plants for you and your friends to enjoy among yourselves? Sure. Growing and moving truckloads of it? That's an illegal business operation. You need a smackdown for not operating like a business should.

The death penalty should be expanded. You commit a felony while in prison, you get the death penalty. You commit serious violent crimes? Death penalty. You are a "career criminal" with multiple serious felony convictions? Death penalty.

On the first, for someone who is already in prison serving life without parole, and they murder another inmate or worse, a guard, giving them another life sentence is joke. It is a travesty of justice. That inmate or guard didn't deserve to die, and their killer got NOTHING as a penalty for doing it.
