You fucked up the wording and the logic but the point about similar incarceration rates is correct. Minority kids were getting placed into the justice sysyem at higher rates for similar transgressions. Once kids are in that system, it’s more difficult to break out.

If you had read the article in the link you would have seen that Trayvon had no business being on the street the night he assaulted the half mexican. Shoulda been in jail as anybody else would have been.
