Past the point of no return, US Airstrikes Strikes On Syria Imminent

Obama isn't running the show, making the decisions ?
What bs......
I know you hate to blame the O for anything but the rest of us KNOW he is responsible for
everything that has happened under his watch....just like every president before him....they were man enough
to accept the responsibility for their administrations from day one, not blaming the guy before him of the party OUT of power.

believe it or not I think BAC has directly criticized obama more than any right winger on this site.

So, like, apparently the Brits voted against taking military action. I doubt that Obama will go it alone. Have to wait for the UN.

Wow. They voted against military action even if the UN report finds that Assad used chemical weapons against civilians. I was not expecting that:

British MPs have voted to reject possible military action against the Assad regime in Syria to deter the use of chemical weapons.

A government motion was defeated 285 to 272, a majority of 13 votes.

Prime Minster David Cameron said it was clear Parliament does not want action and "the government will act accordingly".

It effectively rules out British involvement in any US-led strikes against the Assad regime.

And it comes as blow to the authority of David Cameron, who had already watered down a government motion proposing military action, in response to the opposition Labour Party's demands for more evidence of Assad's guilt.

Labour had seen its own amendment - calling for "compelling" evidence - rejected by MPs by 114 votes.

But - in an unexpected turn of events - MPs also rejected the government's motion in support of military action in Syria if it was supported by evidence from United Nations weapons inspectors, who are investigating claims President Bashar al-Assad's regime had used chemical weapons against civilians.

We should probably define what that means. I don't think he'll have to go it alone. I think the French, at least, will likely be on board.

Yeah, that's likely. What I mean is Obama will commit military strikes against Syria without U.N. approval or British approval (and likely BEFORE the U.N. investigation is concluded).

true... but then again he doesn't have to listen to the left call him a racist when he is critical of obama.

:0) No, I don't.

But I do have to listen to the right call me a racist when I stand up for an innocent boy murdered by Zimmerman.

Have I been wrong for criticizing Obama and democrats? NO, truth is never wrong.

Where I have been wrong is not focusing enough on the horrors of republicans. I'll be correcting that mistake.

OH SHIT!!!

I've been working and had not heard the news until I read it here ..

UK SHOOTS DOWN WAR

Question: Where does that leave Obama .. AND, would it not have been smarter to wait until events unfolded BEFORE he and Cheney (Biden) and Rumsfeld (Kerry) shot off their mouths and placed the world on alert?

This will not bode well for democrats.

Yeah, that's likely. What I mean is Obama will commit military strikes against Syria without U.N. approval or British approval (and likely BEFORE the U.N. investigation is concluded).

Well, I think a Security Council resolution authorizing the use of force is out of the question. So really the only question is whether we execute military strikes before the U.N. investigation is concluded. I think that is unlikely under the present circumstances, but I'm not willing to wager on it.

Also, too, haven't forgotten about the 75 minute. Was hoping to locate some Sam Adams Wee Heavy to go along with it but been having an oddly difficult time.
