The article is about the preacher shilling for $Lawrence, a cryptocurrency, at a solemn occasion. It would be no different had he been shilling for gold sneakers, special guitars, expensive watches or branded Bibles.

You didn't read the article, and preachers of all colors who demand money are a dime a dozen. It's called the Prosperity Gospel and it exploits the poor especially. But you ignored that when you were criticizing Bishop Budde, who actually preached the lessons of the New Testament without inserting a "gimmee."
