the tao is the path, or the Middle Way in Buddhism. I did notice your sig before, it is indeed notable.

I do remember that -it was his idea of no "forms" (kata/styles). Trouble is one has to be a master like Lee to pull it off.

I was meaning the taoism, but it all does flows together.
