The Tao of jet kune do!
To flow like water
The great philosopher - Bruce Lee
I do remember that -it was his idea of no "forms" (kata/styles). Trouble is one has to be a master like Lee to pull it off.

The Central Path, Middle Way or Middle Path (Pali: majjhimā paṭipadā; Sanskrit: madhyamā-pratipad[1][a]; Chinese: 中道 zhōngdào; Japanese: 中道 chūdō) is the term that Siddhartha Gautama used to describe the character of the path he discovered that leads to liberation.

When you don't weigh yourself with winning and losing,
You can harness your Chi in the precise moment
The journey is the thrill, not the destination
