We completed quals. I also have surface and air quals... Because of temp duty on all three types of vessel and our leadership would have given us below 4.0 if we didn't do them while we were there and that's a death knell to a career if you are in Naval Intelligence.

I know , there is a lot we can't talk about.
I had a TS crypto, EYES ONLY , clearance, I don't know if they have the " EYES ONLY classification any more or not.
Most of that was for people like Kissinger and SOS A. Haig.

SCI clearances had code words attached, it compartmentalized and "Need to Know" was huge. Eyes only I think was the first attempt at compartmentalization, and while it still existed though I think that kind of thing mostly became the SCI clearances we knew and loved (and still exist today).
