Why? you would think you would suck up to the wealthy. Sometimes insiders see the problems more clearly and have an idea of how to fix them. Capitalism can work if heavily regulated. The founders chartered corporations. if they did things against the public good they could lose the ability to operate.

Obviously it is you that once again is forced to show off your ignorance. "Wealth inequality" has been a force to be reckoned with since the founding of the country. It deprives the "working class" of the capital necessary for them to advance, and insures that the likes of the Waltons, or Bezos, will continue to advance at the expense of the working class. You might try to do some research on why Jefferson, and Madison, attempted to eliminate the inheritance of an estate by family members. Then too, Jefferson, Adam Smith, and others supported unions something else your kind hates.

Adam Smith warned of the danger of capital being concentrated and not used as investment.

If that is true, it still doesn't explain how to rectify it. It certainly won't happen if you try to do it through taxation and redistribution. That just concentrates more wealth in the hands of government who is long proven the most inept investor you can find.
