They don't have the votes to convict in the Senate.
Are you sure about that? I'm not.
You're talking like it's a foregone conclusion that the Senate will vote to acquit. I don't think that's true.
But that's kinda the point of this process; force the GOP to decide between Trump and the integrity of the Office of the Presidency.
I want them on the record. That's what we use against them in 2020.
YouGov and SurveyMonkey are internet polls.
Nope.
Stop trying to be a poll truther.
The YouGov poll was not an internet poll...it's right here: The CBS News survey is conducted by YouGov using a nationally representative sample of 2,059 U.S. residents interviewed between September 26-27, 2019.
Who told you it was an internet poll? Someone lied to you, but more importantly...YOU FELL FOR THE LIE, casting doubt on your judgment.
It will need to be more than a plurality to generate public support that will affect congressional behavior.
Like it did...last week? Public support for impeachment was at least 10 points lower then...but then Congress acted, and the support grew. So that kinda flies in the face of your claims here, doesn't it?
