Penny NOT GUILTY

I would think that most parents with young sons and daughters would hope that someone like Penny was on every subway that their children ride on.

The solution is simple, people who are drug addicts and have been arrested 40 times should be incarcerated.

They do... There isn't anyone who doesn't wish that someone like Daniel Penny is on a train If there is a crisis situation... Yes... Jordan Neely should have been either in jail or in a treatment center... But he wasn't... And that day he made a very poor decision to get in that car and threatened to kill innocent people... Thank goodness Daniel Penny was there..
