Did they bother to check out their property, before they bought or built thier home? :palm:

Wis. Supreme Court: Town has no authority to impose tougher water standards on cattle farm

The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that a rural town lacks the authority to impose tougher water-quality standards on a livestock farm than the state requires.


An excerpt from the article:

"The lead plaintiff was Magnolia resident John Adams, who says he can't see the nearly 3,000 cows on Larson Acres' farm two miles from his home, but when the wind blows he can smell them.

The stench gives him and his wife headaches. They blame the farm for contaminating their air..."

in Michigan we are now required to put wording on all deeds telling them that in the event their property is in proximity to a livestock producing operation they are going to have to live with it.

We have people in AZ who are complaining about the flight paths of the fighter jets coming out of and into Luke AFB.
That base was there long before any of those stupid sub-divisions were built and now they want Luke to change the flight paths.
