Safely arrived in Delray Beach Florida. Got the fuck out of CommieFornia before the fires burn the shit hole down. Got through the shithole New Orleans before it gets wiped out by two storms.
Whew!
New Orleans; had to dodge all the garbage on the interstate and broken down vehicles on the side of the highways. What a dirty shithole that Democratic Shit Hole has become. Sad really.

Good for you! I've done it twice now. My advice is definitely find something to keep you busy--and not a board like this, it just drives your blood pressure up unless you are into shouting at your computer screen about how retarded the world is (that's very cathartic).

As an aside, given the last post. I was out in Sun City AZ today doing a side job. Got to go back later in the week to install several new receptacles too. I noticed lots and lots of Trump flags on houses and golf carts there. Not so much Biden stuff. Old people vote too, they don't have a lot of other pressing issues...
That was followed by a call to fix an apartment with power out at what I call the "Murder Street Apartments" (after the gangster graffiti on the building one time I was there). The lady at that apartment was a Somali immigrant and quite nice. She was happy someone came promptly to fix things. I told her her apartment had a "Middle Eastern feel" to it from how it was furnished. That got her interest and I told her I was stationed in Bahrain off and on to fix major problems with buildings and gear there.
No masks, no hand sanitizer, nobody complained.
