They manufacture early, while last phase (larger samples) trial are still running-
but they are ready to go on the ground when the FDA approves

Articles I am seeing show maybe 50 million dose OUT by the end of the year. They are prioritized
Then as the 300million get pumped out next year, the military logistics are there to provide support,

Compassionate use as in giving a 74 year old, obese, out-of-shape COVID patient with an experimental drug derived from the fetus cells?

Like the strike on Osama bin Laden; it doesn't matter who gave the order if the team isn't capable of completing the mission. We can agree it's best if a safe, effective vaccine is available ASAP.

He has also been very vocal about Islamists, so much so that he was suspended from Labour. That only increased my admiration for the man, he's a goddamned hero!

LOL. Like a dog chained in the yard, I think Trump is sane enough to know when the end of the chain hurts him....which is probably all he knows.

The Trump's Epic Golden Flounce Plan thread covers some things he can do to show his rage and still be legal. Canceling Operation Warp Speed and calling it a success might be one way. Whatever roadblocks he can throw up, he will if he wants. I think he wants.
