You misinterpret. The doctor cannot release medical info unless Trump allows it. He did. Not “cannot say anything that Trump will not allow”.

I understand that the doctor (Admiral Jackson) amended his comments in the face of all the noise about how obsequious he had been.

He now acknowledges the one medical problem he observed in Trump. No, the president is not obese. He is 3 inches too short. With Admiral Jackson's help, he is working on that.
