Pizza Epiphany

I just threw up.... Tell your wife I need some soup, ASAP! BTW, does she make good soup and what is your favorite?

Yes, she makes three soups that are very good. One is sinagang which is made with pork or shrimp or fish, vegetables and tamarind. It has a sour/savory flavor. It’s a bit of an acquired taste though as the tamarind gives it a sour flavor most Americans aren’t familiar with.

The other is Bulalo which is very good. It’s made with beef shank covered in water and braised fill you have a wonderful beef stock, you then add potatoes, corn on the cob and baby bok choy. This has a far more familiar flavor and taste like something out of the midwest.

Then there is tinola which is made with chicken, green papaya, chili’s and taro leaves. Also very good.

All three are good but I like bulalo the best.

As for my favorite soup? Cioppino.

Hilarious, that is my favorite soup as well. I love it!

As to soup 1, I don't think I would like that, 2 & 3 seem delicious. So when is dinner?
