I'm sure that if he was illegally in the nation and came planning this attack as an act of war that the "cons" would be wanting him to be tried by tribunal, however the SCOTUS says that is constitutional. So, you can argue with them if you like, but that is likely the way it would go. Would Obama do it? Can't say.
 
No doubt folks will dismiss this guy as a loonie and call him a domestic terrorist. And if he killed innocent people he was. But people who have stood up to tyrannical governments with success are called patriots. Don't forget that.

Dang. They diverted a plane from DIA to SF and forced it to land in SLC because of a bomb threat...

Latest lead story on msnbc.com says that the guy was angry with the IRS. Before going to the airport he apparently set fire to his home, and they're treating the plane crash as a crime.
 
So, this guy is or was a terrorist.... Would he get a civilian trial or would you cons be demanding a military tribunal?

It was terrorism, thus not a crime but an act of war....
 
well he must be a republican, all the turbo-libs around here besides me protest daily we should be happy to pay all the IRS wants.
