[FONT=&]CBS News reports that police in Minneapolis on Monday responded to a report of an intoxicated man causing a disturbance.[/FONT]
[FONT=&]“Officers were advised that the suspect was sitting on top of a blue car and appeared to be under the influence,” the Minneapolis Police Department said in a statement. “Two officers arrived and located the suspect, a male believed to be in his 40s, in his car. He was ordered to step from his car.”[/FONT]
[FONT=&]A video of the incident captured by bystander Darnella Frazier sh[/FONT][/FONT]ows that a white officer had pinned the man to the ground and had placed his knee over his neck. The black man can be heard moaning and telling the officer that he’s having trouble breathing.

How can a human being even do that to another? Seriously, I can see putting a criminal down with a headshot, that's reasonable, but this is just sadism. I was partying at a friend of mine's house and was walking around the block (with my beer) and this cop rolled up on me..he was like "blah blah blah" and "I have to detain you".
Well, it's never a good idea to fight the police, so..I complied..he was a lot bigger than me..
Well..as soon as he got that 2nd cuff clicked that sumbitch picked me up by the cuff chains and curbslammed me. This is when I went off like a rocket.
Bitch said he was trying to break my phone, what a piece of shit. I demanded to see a supervisor, and that's when he started backpedaling. That piece of shit better hope I never see him again, I mean ever.
He knew he was in deep shit, So he gave some bullshit and let me go, and I walked right out of his jurisdiction to where my friend met me with a ride, thank God.
I was all banged up though, that motherfucker made an enemy for life. He better hope I never see him again.
