Plurality of Voters Think There’s a Crisis at the Border

Yup, he promised that they would pay for it. If you want to play semantics, he didn't say when or how. As I said, it sounds like you have conceded the rest of the arguments are only hung up on the "Mexico was going to pay for it"

We can swing $5 billion to keep illegals out can't we Frankie? What if your granddaughter was raped by an illegal alien? Would you be so blasé about it? Maybe you hate Trump that much that you don't mind putting your family at risk? Maybe you don't know anybody impacted by the opioid crisis Frankie? Maybe you hate Trump more than you love them.

But hey if you just want to sit in your nursing home mumbling to yourself "He said Mexico would pay for it" then knock yourself out

All I am saying is that Donald Trump promised he was going to build a wall and Mexico was going to pay for it. As I remember it...it was going to be a 30' high, concrete wall.

Don't get me wrong. I don't mind you guys doing what you are doing to make that OKAY...and to rationalize that he is not even coming close to doing it.

In fact, I am loving it...and suspect there are many here reading your comments and laughing their asses off at you guys.

I am.

I did not miss the speech. I watched and listened.

Are you saying that because of the speech last night...Donald Trump did not promise a wall that Mexico was going to pay for as his main issue.

LOTS AND LOTS of video showing that he did...if you want to refresh your memory.

Shep Smith and Chris Wallace of Fox News fact checked Trump's speech. He lied about everything.

Here’s the deal, Frankie lol.

You actually represent the democrats pretty well on this. You’re hung-up on Trump’s campaign promise. Moreover, the border issue begins and ends with Trump. You, Chuckie, Nancy and the rest all have Trump on the brain to such an extent you can’t [or refuse to, I can’t tell which] see the issue.

And for that, democrats don’t deserve to win another national election until they demonstrate they’re capable of thinking clearly.

As President Donald Trump mulls declaring a national emergency over border security, a new Morning Consult/Politico survey shows a lion’s share of voters agree with him that the United States is facing a crisis over illegal immigration.

Democrats made the same claims in 2006. I wonder what has changed their minds? (Starts with a "T" and ends with a "P")

Walls Don't Divide Us, Hypocrisy Does
In 2006, Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, and others supported the Secure Fence Act of 2006. This bill called for hundreds of miles of fencing to separate the U.S.-Mexico border. Now they oppose Trump’s proposed border wall.

42% isn't anywhere close to a majority, or haven't you noticed?

Plurality you dumb fuck.

plurality
[ploo-ral-i-tee]

the excess of votes received by the leading candidate, in an election in which there are three or more candidates, over those received by the next candidate (distinguished from majority).

more than half of the whole; the majority.

a number greater than one.

fact of being numerous.

a large number; multitude.

Plurality means nothing, just a way to play with the numbers. Its completely meaningless

The majority of voters do not want a wall. Its that simple.

That is a lie. When you ask stupid and dishonest questions like "building a wall along the entire border with Mexico", you will get the response you are seeking. No one on the planet has suggested that the wall cover the entire border. Dunce.

Last February, Pew reported similar findings: 62 percent of Americans oppose building a wall. Only 35 percent support it.

But are we telling the whole story?

First, it’s worth looking at what Pew asked: “All in all, would you favor or oppose building a wall along the entire border with Mexico?” To me, it’s a confusing question. After all, there already is a wall or fencing along approximately 700 miles of the southern border. It might make more sense to ask, “Would you favor or oppose building a wall along the remaining, unwalled portion of the border with Mexico?”

I am sure the 70 billion needed for construction can be put to much better use.

Where did you get this figure from? Pulled it from your dumb asshole? Link please.

But let's assume that it is correct, it amounts to a trivial 1.6% of the massive Federal budget.

Well, I support building a wall along the entire border with Mexico, TD.

Canadians are flooding our Northern border??? STFU you brain dead moron.

You need to think before you post you never do but it'd be good time to start. according to government numbers more watchlist people are coming in from Canada that are coming in from Mexico. You really need to quit being a moron.
