Who is going to refer anyone for indictment....Mueller's then Boss stated Rosenstein, is on record NO MORE INDICTMETS COMING from Mueller investigation Why? The Executive Branch (DOJ) has just as much authority as does congress in this system of checks and balances. Do you really think the Mueller Grand Jury will be extended after a letter from Rod Rosenstein has stated, there will be no future indictments in this matter?
