A good investigator asks; Name, Origin, Addresses, Associates, Opponents, Aquaintences...
Then they go there and start asking questions, looking for consistency, and hesitations.
How on earth would be do that in any of the Arab Spring Nations? Even if the investigator was able to pass the language barrier, and was not killed... the Costs would be outrageous!
Ergo... Block all immigrants from those nations until the conflicts are long over!
Americans have a RIGHT to be protected by their government from Radical Islamic Terrorist Attacks.
No foreign born person, regardless of the persecution experienced in their home country, has a RIGHT to immigrate into America!
If we want to help the most oppressed of these people, help them by protecting them in temporary Army guarded enclaves in their own countries!
Do NOT bring them HERE!

Keep them alive, while inside the American Army provided safe zones, to give the opportunity to fix their own countries!
