Have it generate a list of reactions each person has given and received counting negative, neutral, positive and display it on their account and profile pages...

So, it will create a way to ignore reactions from specific users, but still display their reactions on the posts because you are not ignoring them poster entirely... then it will add up all the reactions posters have given and received and list them...

Seriously? Since Damocletus protects her from lil' ol' me with a one-way forced ignore, I can't tell what lies she's telling these days, but I've never seen her post anything about showing her penis.
