Secretary of State Mike Pompeo suggested in a televised interview Thursday that God may have sent President Donald Trump to Earth to protect Israel.
Pompeo made the remarks in an interview with Christian Broadcasting Network, or CBN, in Jerusalem, where he visited the Western Wall with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

When the interview turned to Iranian aggression in the Middle East, Pompeo was asked whether he thought "President Trump right now has been sort of raised for such a time as this, just like Queen Esther, to help save the Jewish people from the Iranian menace."

      Presidential historian Jon Meacham shamed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for suggesting that President Donald Trump had a divine purpose in his foreign policy on Israel.

      A reporter from the Christian Broadcasting Network asked whether Trump had been given a mission from God to “save the Jewish people from the Iranian menace,” and the secretary of state said, as a Christian, he believed “that’s possible.”

      “There is an extraordinarily important tradition in western culture, mostly in America, of separating the kingdom of the world from the Kingdom of God,” Meacham said. “It’s important because we’re warned in the Judeo-Christian tradition that you should not put your trust in princes.”

      The historian explained that the wall of separation between church and state was intended to protect religion from government, and he warned that eroding those protections would corrupt the practice of faith...

OMG...

Mike Pompeo still find time to be very religious. If you are wondering the religion Pompeo belongs to, he is a Christian and a member of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. More than just a member, he also teaches the Sunday school just as he doubles as a deacon.
 
I've had my reservations about Pompeo ever since he was on that political assassination team to gut Hillary.

There were times, a very few times, that he appeared to be the adult in the room with Man Baby since he achieved his role as Secretary of Defense.

But, he was right there locked out of the room when Donald Trump was talking privately with some of the most dangerous foreign leaders in the world, and he didn't seem to have any problem with it. Which made up my mind that Pompeo is just another cover for this rogue president much like, if not worse, than Mike Pence!

But this bat-shit-crazy thing he said, has everyone wonderingi if Mike Pompeo is not as Bat-Shit-Crazy as Donald Trump and Mike Pence!

He's got to go now! Trump and Pence must go, as well.

We have to get these monsters out of harms way of the People! PRONTO!

The Bible simply says that all "rulers" of nations are appointed by him for his particular purpose in time and in the grand scheme of things and to validate the fulfillment of prophecies from the Old Testament. The world then comes up with their own shallow reasons of why in their own finite limited minds. I am satisfied for all things to go according his plans, not mine. That way I have peace that passes all understanding with leaders I do like or don't like. At this time in world history, we need to be aligned with Israel. So be it.
