Biden WASN'T.

Why?

Because any documents he may have removed were inadvertent and he fully cooperated with authorities.

Plus, Biden had literally a handful of them, whereas Trump had boxes and boxes of them which he obviously took intentionally and tried to obstruct attempts to have them returned.

Stop trying to whitewash this turd already.

You're not convincing anyone that he's innocent.

Taking them is illegal, doesn't matter how many you take and complying with authorities doesn't mean you didn't break the law.

Go rob a bank, take ten dollars, then give it back...did you still rob the bank?

If he had irrefutable evidence that he really won, why then all the illegal machinations with his criminal gang to seize voting machines, put forth slates of false electors, threaten and harass public officials, etc.?

As has been explained to you, Pavel, many times -- there is a difference between "taking/stealing" and "possessing." BTW, why do you never include Mike Pence when you're lying about classified materials?

Your bank analogy: You withdraw $50 from your account. The teller accidentally gives you $10 more than you were supposed to get. When you get home, you discover the error and return the $10. Was this a bank robbery? Is it different than you using a note and a handgun to "withdraw" hundreds of dollars from the bank, then hiding them in your home and refusing to surrender them when the police show up?

And why doesn't he want the trial before the election, long before, so he can put all doubts to rest, not a year and a half after the election?

Going back to the 1940's and possibly even prior to that, are case histories in which military personnel accidentally took home classified materials and were charged. The courts upheld that lack of criminal intent to break the law and lack of intent to pass them along to unauthorized recipients, constituted no crime was committed.

The main issue is INTENT.

You cannot accidentally or unintentionally rob a bank.

Even the dumbest right-wing Trumpers should be able to grasp that.
