You really cannot be that stupid, can you? You know Biden and Pence had classified documents sitting around for a long time. They were misplaced, not stolen. The fact they sat around showed Biden and Pence had no plans for them. When notified, they both cooperated with the FBI and Archives. Trump lied to them, hid the documents and tried to keep them.
In no way were they the same thing.

Stop repeating this debunked lie.

Trumps sent his own WH staff (Mark Meadows and WH Lawyers) to argue in the only 3 cases ever on this, all due to Trump saying in interviews or on Twitter "i declassified that doc", and then when the Media said 'oh great. Here is a FOIA request... we then have a right to read them', that Trumps words on the news or writings on Twitter alone DO NOT declassify anything if he DOES NOT follow thru and get the administration to then do the actual process of declassifying them.


Trump's team won all 3 cases, getting judges to rule his words or writing are NOT ENOUGH, and if there was not follow thru in process then they were not declassified.

Trumps team celebrated all 3 wins in denying the media the material by PROVING they were not declassified and were in fact still declassified.

And beyond that, even declassified documents (which these were not) are not personal property. They are property of the gov't and it is illegal to take them.

So classified or not is meaningless to this aspect of the crime. Them being classified may add secondary or other crimes but the initial crime exists regardless.

intent is not supposed to matter - but they are apparently making it the key issue - since it would be illegal to make them being a Democrat be the key issue

but we thought Hillary should be prosecuted, and I think Trump should as well
 
Trumppers would rather talk about Biden falling than Trumps national security felonies.
