I never said it should never be used. In fact I said use for a temp on 101 or greater is appropriate. I think for pain other techniques should be used.

If they all ate food on the day they took tylenol it is a correlation. Does not have to be the same food but if it is then the correlation is stronger.

Go ahead and quote a single thing in any of the studies you mis citing stating Tylenol as 'CAUSAL', and i will then change my view. But you won't as you CANNOT. The studies only speak to correlation. That acetaminophen is present in many cases of autism( correlation). And that begs the bigger question of other correlations such as 'why did the mother take it... was it fever or other issues that are KNOWN to cause issues in developing fetus'???

Acetaminophen (often sold under the brand name Tylenol®, and known as paracetamol outside the United States and Canada) is the most commonly used over-the-counter pain and fever medication during pregnancy and is used by more than half of pregnant women worldwide. Until now, acetaminophen has been considered the safest option for managing headache, fever, and other pain. Analysis by the Mount Sinai-led team of 46 studies incorporating data from more than 100,000 participants across multiple countries challenges this perception and underscores the need for both caution and further study.
The Navigation Guide Systematic Review methodology is a gold-standard framework for synthesizing and evaluating environmental health data. This approach allows researchers to assess and rate each study’s risk of bias, such as selective reporting of the outcomes or incomplete data, as well as the strength of the evidence and the quality of the studies individually and collectively.

You have acknowledged how Tylenol is not the ONLY risk factor or 'cause'.,
So define the causes prior to Tylenol?
If you cannot do that but you know there are these other causes that exist then you CANNOT simply ignore that maybe those unknown causes are what is escalating since 1970's.
So go ahead and define the other causes and show us you have a brain and can explain what you are pushing.
Since 1970 we have increased the use of Tylenol during pregnancy to treat pain and fever. Prior to that we used NSAIDS. at the same time since the 1970s we have gone 1 in 10,000 kids with autism to 1 in 31. You explain that. And also explain why the majority of studies conducted show an association with Tylenol use in during pregnancy and autism. The head of the research at Harvard recommended for pregnant women limit their use or duration of use of Tylenol. And now we have moron pregnant women on Tik Tok ignoring science and risking possibly irreversibly injuring their babies.
