No her confirmation wasn't a mystery, it was a forgone conclusion. What I was commenting on was the sudden cases of rightwing vaginitis that is going to sweep the country with tears, hair pulling and gnashing of teeth. It is going to be funny.

it doesn't change the court makeup...so i fail to see why dems are frothing over the mouth and laughing at the repubs....the only thing i don't like about her, is her racism, but since she is a dem, there is nothing i can do about it as racism from dems is ok....i reviewed some of her rulings, while i did not agree with the fireman case, i see why she ruled that way...and the majority of her cases are fairly middle of the road....

if i was a dem, i wouldn't be claiming this as any sort of victory

no, i believe it was to the federal app or district....bush had the first hispanic AG though...

honestly, the dems stupid "we had the first minority" to this is really racism...bush appointed more minorities to his cabinent than clinton, had the first hispanic AG etc....and not a fucking peep from the dems who jump and down and proclaim their righteousness whenever they "annoint" a minority
