That would be a civil rights violation. Of course they have a right to enter Federal Buildings with public access, and to petition those inside. It is in the Constitution. Trump's attempts to ban people from being allowed into the courts is insane. I doubt anyone would agree to enforce it.

The federal courthouses is the part of trump's claim that worries me. The government guarantees the right to petition the government, in specific the courts. trump is not just allowed to say this American or that American is not allowed to petition the courts, or even enter the courthouse.

Several of the other claims by trump worry me. Lawyers are allowed to visit their clients in jail and prison. trump is not allowed to bar lawyers from entering jails and prisons.

Even the federal buildings part of it all is only half OK. Obviously, trump can ban people from the non-public parts of public buildings, but can he ban people from the public parts? Can he ban people from going to the post office?

This is a giant power grab, which is plainly unconstitutional. trump is trying to force these citizens to fight in court for each one of their rights. It is a clear violation of trump's oath... But did any of us expect trump to obey his oath?
