President Trump is a felon: Fox News legal analyst

On Wednesday, President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney pleaded guilty to crimes involving a scheme to pay off two women Trump had affairs with.

Fox News host Shep Smith discussed the developments with the network’s legal analyst Andrew Napolitano, who said Trump appears to be in deep trouble.

We learned that the federal prosecutors here in New York City, not Bob Mueller and his team in Washington D.C., career prosecutors have evidence that the president of the United States committed a felony by ordering and paying Michael Cohen to break the law,” he said. “How do we know that? They told that to a federal judge and under the rules, they can’t tell that to a federal judge unless they have the evidence.”

Napolitano said the prosecutors who handled this are pros—and that this increases his confidence they got it right.

“The U.S. Attorney in Manhattan, a Donald Trump appointee taking a page from Jeff Sessions book, recused himself, leaving this case in the hands of the full-time career professional prosecutors,” he said. “They’re the ones that prosecuted Michael Cohen, told the federal judge that Donald Trump orchestrated these unlawful payments.”

Trump appears to be guilty of a felony, said Napolitano.

“The felony is paying Michael Cohen to commit a felony. It’s pretty basic,” he said, explaining how hiring someone to commit a crime makes you guilty of that crime. “You’re liable, criminally liable for the commission of that crime. That’s what the prosecutors told the federal judge.”

The dangerous part is...that Trump and his supporters will probably try to take down the rest of the country if Trump goes down.

So...gotta be careful what we wish for.

As for me...I would love for them to have rock solid evidence against Trump; Trump, Jr.; Ivanka; and Jarod...and then offer Trump what Trump claims to be his thing...a deal.

Something along the lines of what Spiro Agnew got.

A resignation...and immunity for Trump and his spawn for everything that happened before a specific date. Let them go back to their gutter and earn lots of dirty money. They'll all make a mistake again in the future...and they can be gotten on those things.

Do we have to go any further to acknowledge trumps guilt:

Former federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti wrote in a Politico editorial that Federal Judge William H. Pauley II, Cohen’s sentencing judge, “said in open court that Trump had directed his then-lawyer to commit a federal felony.”

Nope...my guess he is guilty as sin.

I also think he is dirty as a pig sty...with crimes we have no idea about yet.

BUT...I still think he and his nutty supporters are looking for a chance to try an uprising...and I think the stuff I outlined in my earlier post is the way to go.

I get that decent, intelligent, well-intentioned people may disagree with me very strongly.

If Hillary Clinton had had several extramarital affairs, and then illegally used campaign money to pay a consigliere "fixer" to buy the men's silence, not only would impeachment hearings have already begun last week, but she would probably be run out of the oval office at the edge of pitchforks.

The judge who sentenced Cohen referred to Trump as a criminal. Is that sufficient?

Do you think it sufficient you brain dead dunce? I am sorry, but we still are not the Fascist third world shit hole that you dream of snowflake.

Until Trump is convicted of a felony, calling him a Felon is not merely dishonest and a lie, it is fucking stupid.

Not to worry, they're so old they need extra strength Cialis for an uprising.

Guilt by association is not law in America.
