No one is claiming that it does...It is sentiment offered by normal, caring people following a tragedy...

The first Amendment does. People can use that for good, or for ill. They have a right to believe differently and tell you all about it constantly. It's annoying, but there is no right to remain unoffended at all times.

Attempting to mock people for caring about something and not invoking government is par for the course for 19%ers. They cannot think of any way to affect the world other than by forceful application of government power.
