What with all the "predictions" going on, it just begs for it's own thread.
Maybe it could be made a sticky, at least until next year. :D

No debate; because that's being done in the threads that the predictions are coming from.

If you ask me, Trump will probably lose Louisiana and Georgia, almost certainly North Carolina, and perhaps Missouri. It would be a cathartic GOP bloodletting of 1964 vintage. Roughly 380 to 160 by my accounting. I'd bet a bit of cash on it.

Secondly, this'll probably come as a surprise to you, but the last time I gambled was in 1980 in Atlantic City, when I took $20 in chips in a blackjack game, got up to $150 in winnings and then lost the whole thing in the next hand. Haven't gambled since. Some people aren't so lucky with self destructive habits, like gambling, binge drinking, drugs, registering Democrat.

Thirdly, I might as well call you out on this bullshit of betting at a political message board. Making bets HERE is the sign of a coward and a pussy. THERE'S NO FUCKING WAY TO COLLECT, you moron.

If Bernie beats out Hillary in the Primaries, Bernie wins presidency.
If Hillary wins in the primary, it will be a complete shit show and Republicans have a chance.

I get where he's coming from, they'll do a lot to Burn the Bern on job losses in those markets. But look at the idiocracy we are building. Do you think the populous will be able to put any of that together? I stand with Bernie on 75% of his issues. His lambasting Hillary in their last debate on Foreign Affairs was a perfect example of why I may back him in the general, and I will vote for him in the primaries.

As far as the insurance companies go, I think it's all a damn crooked industry anyway, where the healthy support the unhealthy, while the companies rake money off the top. Personally, I could care less if we had no insurance, and honestly is a big reason I hated the ACA. We need something better there, and personally, I pay as little as I have to in insurance and put more in an HSA in case something comes up.

With the fossil fuel industry, we already see how fickle that is. If the Saudi's want to bankrupt american companies, they have that power, and will continue to control the market in the future. We do need feasible alternatives. I'm on the Nuclear boat there.

I also think Bernie's position on Glass-Steagall is 100% correct. I don't think anyone who knows anything about this act would disagree that it's repeal was one of the major reasons for the latest financial crash.

All this being said, none of it would make any sense to the common voter. It will be a typical Republican vs Democrat race, but Bernie is able to energize his base. Hillary will be lucky to keep hers, but the idea that Trump may be president might be the only reason Democrats come out to vote.
